If you receive an item without a product guarantee card, you must notify us within 7 days. We will then be able to confirm if whether or not it has been supplied from a recognized re seller.
All our products are available through many online retailers. However, we are the only official reseller on Ebay/Amazon selling the Powerhouse Golf range of Products. Items on the above sites offered my be supplied through 3rd parties and are not backed by our guaranteed scheme.
Bronze Cover: Standard inclusive*
The Guarantee is for a period of 12 months. It becomes effective on the first day of purchase, not usage, and is available to the first purchaser or user. All manufactures limitations must be adhered to at all times. Items covered under this guarantee are as follows:
All components excluding battery: Please see note G. below relating to batteries.
If telephone advice fails, Damaged component or complete trolley must be returned to base (Ideas Solutions (Retail) Ltd), so that an examination can take place. All returns must be accompanied by a "Returns Note", (included in this instruction booklet). Components must be returned to base prior to a replacement being sent.
This is a return to base guarantee. If any parts should become defective during normal use, will at the Company's Sole discretion be repaired or replaced free of charge. Transportation charges on parts submitted for repair or replacement must be borne by the purchaser. The end user will be responsible to remove defective part, and refit replacement part.
Minimum transportation costs £2.50
Gold Cover: Freedom range (at current rate detailed on guarantee) As Bronze Cover. Plus, if telephone advice fails, Ideas Solutions (Retail) Ltd will: arrange (where applicable) and cover the transportation costs in both directions of any component or complete trolley should it need to be returned to base. (Maximum three times for complete trolley). This applies to United Kingdom Mainland customers only. Transport must be authorized by Ideas Solutions (Retail) Ltd.
General:
a. The guarantee does not cover defects arising from wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect, tampering by unqualified persons. Also abnormal wear and tear caused by hire or commercial usage are excluded from this guarantee. b. All liability in respect of any third party and consequential loss or damage, however arising, is expressly excluded. c. This guarantee will be invalid if any alteration, modification or substitution of any parts other than specified is made or if the equipment is connected to an electric supply other than which it is rated or adjusted. d. No responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage to equipment during transit to or return from the Company's service department on Bronze cover e. This Guarantee is not transferable and applies only in the United Kingdom. f. If your buggy should fail within 7 days of delivery, we will collect and re-deliver it back to you free of charge if the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone. g. Batteries are covered for 12 months as outlined in the Bronze cover Pro Rata (month by month basis). e.g. Full retail price for 1 x 28ah batteries = £70.00 - if after 6 months they should fail you would pay £35.00 (6/12) and the company would pay the short fall. Transportation cost is not covered under the Bronze guarantee. We reserve the right to ask for Proof of failure by means of report from authorized dealer if batteries are not returned for inspection. h. Where a complete trolley is returned for repair, the customer must allow up to a 14 days (maximum) for its return.
