Powerhouse are soon to introduce, Lithium Ion batteries to their range of Freedom Golf trolleys. This new technology greatly increases the power output and endurance, with dramatic weight reduction. Current 28ah lead acid battery = 6kg. Lithium Ion battery = 2kg. The Freedom Ion Golf Trolley is expected to be available from April 2010.
