Q. Where can I see your product range? A. We are based in the North of England and all of our products are on view in our showroom. Please feel free to call in. Appointments are not necessary, but a call to the office announcing that you were intending to visit would help.
Q. Do your products meet all UK Legislation? A. All Powerhouse Golf Products Meet and exceed UK and European directives. All Electrical driven items entering the UK after 2006 must be RoHS compliant. Please follow link for full details: www.rohs.gov.uk
Q. What happens if it breaks down? A. Powerhouse Golf carries an extensive range of spares and accessories. We also have a fully equiped 2000 Sq.ft workshop.

Q. Will the buggies fit into a car? A. The Pro range is deigned to split into 6 parts. The front and rear separate allowing loading into all hatchbacks and most boots. Other buggies may fit into your vehicle depending on the type. We stock a full range of loading ramps and trailers as alternative methods of transportation.
Q. Can the buggy be driven to the golf course? A. Our Electric buggies meet all current legislation to be driven on the road. However, it may be necessary to add a restrictor button to limit the buggy to 4mph.
Q. Will the buggy deal with my course? A. We take time to discuss the requirements for you and your course. We have a buggy for all eventualities. We are able to also custom make a buggy to meet your exact requirements. You only have to ask!
Q. What kind of guarantee is on the buggies? A. All our products are covered by a 12 months standard guarantee. We can also offer extended warranties where applicable.
Q. How long will the batteries last?
A. We sell many different types of batteries depending on conditions. It is very important to match the buggy and user with the correct batteries depending on terrain.
